Franck Pertois

With 35 years practice and training experience at practitioner and managerial levels, I provide high quality and cost effective training in Social Care nationwide.

My core aim is to improve standards of practice so that the lives of people using services are enhanced.

In-house face-to-face training

I utilise a variety of training methods that maximise participation and learning. Interactive, reflective, experiential exercises and tutor presentations combine to provide a lively, motivating and stimulating learning experience.

I engage with learners in a meaningful way, understanding their work roles and challenges.

I help learners translate theoretical models, legislation and policy into effective and compassionate practice; underpinned by high ethical values.

In-house virtual training

In addition to face-to-face training, I provide most of my courses via virtual platforms. My virtual courses are designed to be experienced as close as possible to face-to-face training.

My chosen virtual platforms are able to accommodate a range of learning methods, including break-out rooms, video, PowerPoint, quizzes, tutor presentations and more.

Course Profiles

Open programme of virtual courses

In addition to face-to-face training and ‘in house’ virtual training courses, I also provide an Open Programme of courses that individual learners can attend and join other learners from similar organisations to share the learning experience. This is particularly useful for new members of staff and those who require refresher training.
